When you order your jewellery for a weekday delivery to a UK address, we do not charge for postage and packing, but see below for larger orders.
If you need your jewellery for a special occasion, or you just can’t wait to get stuck in, our Next Day Delivery is just £6.95 – unfortunately we can’t deliver on Saturdays at the moment.

We’re open 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and 10.00am to 4.00pm on Saturdays, or contact us here and we’ll help you however we can.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver on Christmas Day or Boxing Day. To make sure you receive your order in time for the big day, please refer to our last order dates below:

Standard UK Delivery: if you want your standard delivery order to arrive in time for Christmas, please make sure you place your order before 10:30am on Tuesday 18th December.
Next Day Delivery: if you want your next day order to arrive in time for Christmas, please make sure you place your order before 4:00 pm on Friday 21st December.
Standard deliveries take 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday), starting from the first working day following the despatch date. If you place an order for Standard Delivery before 11am we’ll normally dispatch it that day, but if not, we’ll send it the next working day. If nobody’s home to sign for your goods when we arrive, our driver may leave them in a secure location at his or her discretion.

Unfortunately we can’t guarentee a Next day delivery service to Northern Ireland, Scotland, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight.
We know that people are busy and can’t always be available to receive a delivery, so we’re more than happy to deliver to reception/post room/security areas and accept signatures from authorised representatives; however, this is only available with our Premium Delivery option.
PO Box and Freepost Addresses
Unfortunately we can’t accept orders to addresses containing a PO Box number or FREEPOST addresses.
We always use the exact address details you enter, so make sure to check you’ve given us the correct information before you place your order. If you’re unsure, try the Post Office address finder as we can’t accept liability for late or failed deliveries due to an incorrect address.
Weight Per Parcel
Single items are delivered free of charge. We may need to charge for multiple orders. You can call us on +44 (0) 1348 874 886 for orders exceeding 500gms. Due to the nature of some products, additional delivery charges may apply.
